Illumibowl - Will not stay on selected color
When I received my illumibowl I pressed the button on the side to stay on selected color but it kept changing colors. I would like it to be replaced at no charge if possible. I've gotten 2 messages to send a detailed message & have sent them. I think it's only fair for Illumibowl to replace it. I hope to receive a response soon! Thank you

I sent an email that obviously was not read because the response made no sense. I tried to call and was disconnected.
I ordered the Christmas Illumibowl, and it did not work. Asked for a refund, with no response. Don't want another one, but they won't give me my money back. Very unhappy with customer service. Two weeks now and all I get is "I am sorry, we will give you a new one"....Read more
